"Eastern Football League" is a project of international credit in a tournament game powerplaymanager. Tournament starts in February and is held every year. It is played once a week. Match days are still determined each year.

Participants
In tournament involving teams from eight countries. The first three winning teams receive a flag "EFL" in the "Glory Road" with the team name, year and place in the finals of the tournament. They will appear in "Glory Road" here on the website of "EFL":
* Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia & Czech, Ukraine, Russia, Croatia, Poland, and Romania.
* Participation is open only teams with stadium capacity of over 4000
Parties are entitled to 8 teams. Number of teams participating in the tournament is 64. In each of the 16 preliminary groups are 4 teams. Preliminary groups were divided into 2 groups for each country. The management team urns. In preliminary groups each team plays two matches against opponents. In the playoffs, are ranked 32 teams. Two teams from each group. In the playoffs, play a game of elimination.

The fee payable for the tournament each team is 10 credit-PPM, addition each team member owes 5 credits the creator of the tournament (Fikov).
Russian teams do not pay this 5 credits because it is paid by MishaRem.
Of all the 320 credits that are collected by the teams are deducted 50 credits for the registration next tournament "EFL".
Тhe remaining 270 credits are distributed among the first 4 teams winners.
Warning! Each team will agree to participate, upon payment of a fee of 5 credits to the creator!
The remaining 270 credits will be distributed as follows:
*Award share in "Eastern Football League"
1. Place 110 credits (in the "Glory Road" pennant) and complete soccer
2. Place 90 credits (in the "Glory Road" pennant) and complete soccer
3. Place 40 credits (in the "Glory Road" pennant) and complete soccer
4. Place 30 credits (in the "Glory Road" pennant) and complete soccer
Special award EFL
- "Best team" (scored most of goals in the preliminary groups) - 10 credits by Fikov
- "Top Scorer of tournament" - 10 credits by Fikov
- This will be the allocation of credits in "EFL" - 2011.
